All orders placed with Niddrie Flowers are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST.
Delivery and complaints policy
Niddrie Flowers guarantees the freshness, flower quality and value of every order placed with us. Each arrangement delivered is created by a professional florist.
Delivery will be made on the date requested and every effort will be made to meet requests as to preferred times, but only funeral deliveries can be specific with regard to time. All deliveries are made in good faith that the you have provided all the correct information regarding recipient’s details. All orders placed before the same day cut off will delivered that day unless circumstances beyond our control prohibit.
We reserve the right to reject any order.
Use of our website means that you agree to flowers being left at the delivery address unattended and that we are not liable for any loss, theft or damage to products left unattended. We reserve the right to leave flowers unattended, return flowers to shop or contact the recipient prior to delivery if the situation arises.
You must be 18 years of age or older to order or receive alcoholic beverages.
Complaints must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence if requested. We hold the right to either replace or compensate the purchaser in the event of a dispute. Your rights as a consumer are covered in the Competition and Consumer Act 2010
Flowers sold on this website or in store, are a perishable, natural item and flowers life span is dependent on species, resulting in some flower varieties living longer than others. Flowers are a product of nature; availability is dependent on season and markets. At all times we will endeavor to replicate the order as close to the pictured item or requested item ordered as possible.
